How to Play
-
Secret Roles: At the start of the game, each player is secretly assigned a role as a Liberal, a Fascist, or Secret Hitler. Fascists know who each other are, but Liberals must figure out who to trust.
-
The Election: Every round, players nominate a President and a Chancellor. The entire table then votes publicly on whether to approve the government.
-
Pass Policies: The elected officials work together to enact a policy from a random deck. Because the cards drawn are secret, players must argue whether they drew bad cards or if someone is intentionally lying.
-
Executive Action: As more Fascist policies are passed, the President unlocks executive powers, allowing them to take direct actions.
-
Claim Victory: The Liberals win by competitively enacting liberal policies or completing a secondary objective directly tied to stopping Hitler. The Fascists win by enacting fascist policies or successfully completing their own secondary objective regarding Hitler's role.
