Toy Walk Return & Refund Policy
At Toy Walk, we value your satisfaction and carefully inspect every product before shipping. While we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds, we do make exceptions in rare cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Return Eligibility

You have 4 days after receiving your order to request a return only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

An unboxing video showing the issue from start to finish is required for any return or replacement request.

We do not accept returns for products that are undamaged, used, or purchased on sale.

All approved returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Return shipping labels are not provided by Toy Walk.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged,

You receive the wrong product, or

There are missing items in your parcel.
Our team will review the evidence and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit, where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Items without an unboxing video
Refunds
We currently do not issue refunds.
In rare approved cases (e.g., defective or wrong product), a store credit or replacement will be provided once the returned item is received and inspected.
