At Toy Walk, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely across India. Please review our shipping practices below.

Strictly Prepaid Orders Only (No COD): We operate on a 100% prepaid basis only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstances. All orders must be paid in full through our secure online checkout.

Shipping Area & Charges: We currently ship to addresses within India only. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on any orders; standard shipping charges apply to all purchases regardless of order value.

Order Processing & Quality Verification: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Because we rigorously inspect, test, and securely pack every order by hand before dispatch, we ensure top quality. For complete transparency, we are happy to share real-time photos and videos of your packed product prior to shipping upon request.

Delivery Time & Tracking: Once processed, deliveries typically take 3–7 business days to reach your shipping address depending on your location and courier performance. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to monitor your package.

Important Note on Sales: Please remember that all sales are final. We meticulously verify every item before dispatch, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
