OVERVIEW: Welcome to Toy Walk! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Toy Walk. Toy Walk operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Toy Walk is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. SECTION 3 - ORDERS, PREPAID ONLY & NO RETURNS: Orders are offers to purchase. Toy Walk reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion. All sales are strictly final. We operate on a 100% prepaid basis only (No Cash on Delivery / COD). We rigorously inspect, test, and securely pack every order by hand before dispatch, and we are happy to share real-time photos or videos of your packed item prior to shipping upon request. Because of our rigorous verification process, no returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are possible under any circumstances. Purchases are for personal use only, not resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING: Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is at order time and shown in order confirmation. Prices exclude taxes, customs, or import charges unless stated. Standard shipping charges apply on all orders (no free shipping). Posted prices may differ from physical or third-party stores. Promotions have separate terms. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and authorize charges including shipping and taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: We ship across India on a strictly prepaid basis. Shipping and delivery delays are not guaranteed and we are not liable for carrier or customs delays. Once products transfer to carriers, risk passes to you. Please ensure your address is accurate.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All material in the Services including trademarks, images, graphics, and text belong to Toy Walk or licensors and are protected by law. You may use Services only for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Toy Walk and Shopify trademarks may only be used with permission.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS: You may access third-party tools “as is” with no endorsement or warranty from Toy Walk. Use such tools at your own risk. Future features will be governed by these Terms.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY: Toy Walk is powered by Shopify but sales are directly with Toy Walk. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions or products with Toy Walk.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY: Personal data collected through Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s. Use of Services acknowledges acceptance of these.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK: Feedback you provide grants Toy Walk an unlimited license to use and modify it for any purpose. You warrant you own rights to Feedback and it complies with these Terms.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS: We may correct errors or cancel orders with prior notice if information is inaccurate.
